Erasmus+ project ELS was created to help teachers and students to teach and learn certain life skills. Polish group created  lesson plans which are to help other teachers to teach in an intereting and effective way both, “occupational skills”: Writing a CV, Attending Job Interview, as well as “daily living skills”: Healthy diet and food preperation. All the Lesson plans were also translated into English.

On 29th November 2018, 97 students of the Private Vocational School Pro scholaris and other pupils from the regional primary and secondary schools had the opportunity to attend ELS Day, that was a part of the school’s Erasmus Day. From 8 a.m. till 12 p.m. they participated in workshops and seminars. Invited guest, Ms Kristína Zadňančinová, expert for healthy diet, explained the basic characteristics of healthy lifestyle. During the workshop realized in one of the classrooms, the students discussed with her their eating habits and physical activity. The teachers of economy and marketing prepared workshops focused on bank products and household economy. During one of the seminars, the participants could discover their personal strengths and weaknesses thanks to the special personal survey, they also created their CVs and cover letters using the Europass template.

 

The Slovak teachers created a lesson plan about Home economy, Self management and Healthy life style in Slovak and in English language.
